GBI liked the fact that I could chat with… I liked the fact that I could chat with someone to get answers to my questions. Shipping was a few days later than expected , but it was the weekend before the holiday. So it is understandable.the jewelry itself was as described, the correct size and beautiful. The only negative falls on the shipping service. The jewelry was left at my front door. Luckily we live in a relatively safe neighborhood or who knows if it would have been there when we arrived home from work

GBI adore the ring I ordered I adore the ring I ordered. The only thing that makes this four stars instead of five is that the photography of the ring online is a significantly different shade.

GBThe pendant is as displayed The pendant is as displayed, i.e. it's beautiful and worth the money. However two things to note: 1. The chain was annoyingly tangled 2. There is no certificate of authenticity. How do I know I received an Ethiopian opal? I don't
