Difficult to reach via email and rude Customer Service Difficult to reach via email. I finally was able to get the 800 number by Googling it and the representative was a vile, utterly rude human being who never listened to me and hung up the phone on me after I tried to confirm the things I shared with her on phone. I never received any assistance for what I was needing help for and I will make sure I tell people I know to never shop here if this is the type of rudeness and vile piece of crap they are as humans.

Shipping was a few days later than expected , but it was the weekend before the holiday. So it is understandable.the jewelry itself was as described, the correct size and beautiful. The only negative falls on the shipping service. The jewelry was left at my front door.
