two pairs of wron g size i orded 6E received 4E to return i had to pay shipping charges of 40 dollars or keep the shoes and get 40 dollar discount so now i have two pair of shoes that are in a box because they do not fit for which i had to pay. totally very bad customer service

Review of my new men's walking shoes My new walking shoes arrived in a timely manner. They looked exactly as advertised. The fit and feel were very comfortable. This is my third different purchase of FitVille men's walking shoes and all are very comfortable for my feet.

I ordered pickleball shoes that were… I ordered pickleball shoes that were too big. I contacted Fitville to exchange them and was generously given the option to keep the shoes and have smaller sized shoes sent to me at no additional charge. Great company to deal with, the new shoes fit just right, and they wear as good or better than shoes they replaced that cost twice as much. Best shoe source for wide and extra wide shoes. Will be ordering from Fitville again.

This company was very bad and I had a… This company was very bad and I had a terrible experience! You shipped me shoes in a plastic bag with no protection, your customer service number is a hoax( no one ever answers or calls back!), you charge for shipping both ways with a purchase over 65.00, it took me a long time to get my refund and you kept offering me deals when I stated I just wanted my money back, and your return emails were rude! As a veteran in a low income… I was very disappointed with the entire process. I will never recommend this company to anyone! And, I would like my shipping refunded!! Millicent Bowen
