GBI returned a pair of shoes on November… I returned a pair of shoes on November 11, 2023, #141539, asking for a return. I never received the return money and I then tried several times to contact the company but was unsuccessful. There has been no response each time I have tried to contact the phone number and email provided.

Compared to other shoes I’ve had Fitville is very comfortable and good quality. GBtwo pairs of wron g size i orded 6E received 4E to return i had to pay shipping charges of 40 dollars or keep the shoes and get 40 dollar discount so now i have two pair of shoes that are in a box because they do not fit for which i had to pay. totally very bad customer service
