You shipped me shoes in a plastic bag with no protection, your customer service number is a hoax( no one ever answers or calls back!), you charge for shipping both ways with a purchase over 65.00, it took me a long time to get my refund and you kept offering me deals when I stated I just wanted my money back, and your return emails were rude! As a veteran in a low income… I was very disappointed with the entire process. I will never recommend this company to anyone! And, I would like my shipping refunded!! Millicent Bowen

Even several people in the medical profession where I was getting treatment at commented on the quality of the shoe and asked information to recommend them to others which I provided.

I returned a pair of shoes on November… I returned a pair of shoes on November 11, 2023, #141539, asking for a return. I never received the return money and I then tried several times to contact the company but was unsuccessful. There has been no response each time I have tried to contact the phone number and email provided.
