I contacted Fitville to exchange them and was generously given the option to keep the shoes and have smaller sized shoes sent to me at no additional charge. Great company to deal with, the new shoes fit just right, and they wear as good or better than shoes they replaced that cost twice as much. Best shoe source for wide and extra wide shoes. Will be ordering from Fitville again.

You shipped me shoes in a plastic bag with no protection, your customer service number is a hoax( no one ever answers or calls back!), you charge for shipping both ways with a purchase over 65.00, it took me a long time to get my refund and you kept offering me deals when I stated I just wanted my money back, and your return emails were rude! As a veteran in a low income… I was very disappointed with the entire process. I will never recommend this company to anyone! And, I would like my shipping refunded!! Millicent Bowen

Good Shoe for Wide Widths I was very pleased to finally find something wide enough for my problematic feet. I wish you offered something similar that hits below my ankle as I'm sometimes in more pain than previously because of the contact of the shoe against my ankle.
