You shipped me shoes in a plastic bag with no protection, your customer service number is a hoax( no one ever answers or calls back!), you charge for shipping both ways with a purchase over 65.00, it took me a long time to get my refund and you kept offering me deals when I stated I just wanted my money back, and your return emails were rude! Great fit! All my life I struggled to find comfortable work out shoes as my triple E foot is not easy to fit. I play pickleball daily and I purchased my second pair of FitVille pickleball/court shoes. The first pair wore out for pickleball but I still wear daily working around the gardens and yard. The fit is amazing and my feet have been feeling great because of these shoes. I'm looking at the golf shoes available as I'm considering that to be my next purchase.
