Great customer service which makes for a great buying experience. What made my experience great was working with Junior, who happens to be the owner of the company I bought the massage chair from (Massage Chair Heaven). He listened to my wants and needs and asked me how much was I looking to spend. And then he gave me a few choices. Then I was asking him about the Osaki OS-Pro Ai Series DuoMax 4d and he was very knowledgeable with that and every massage chair mentioned. He let me make my own decisions with no pressure from him. I was able to call him back several times, which made me feel comfortable and made this whole experience a good one. Buying the Osaki OS-Pro Ai Series DuoMax 4d has been a good health investment for me. It's really helped me out with my back pain. I truly believe in a good customer service experience, and that's what I received.

Yunior the owner is the best! Customer service is hard to find these days. But not at Massage Chair Heaven. There, customer service is paramount. The owner, Yunior, bends over backwards to make you, the customer, happy. Plus, he knows all there is to know about massage chairs. Don’t shop anywhere else.

Excellent customer service! I had an outstanding customer experience with this store. I was searching online for an Osaki Pro Maestro LE and connected with Sophie over chat. This was on Christmas and a Sunday. I was surprised how quickly Yunior got back to me and offered a very competitive price. I placed the order the same day and Yunior kept me posted through shipping and delivery. I live in California. The chair was delivered on schedule. I am now enjoying the chair!

Excellent chair and excellent customer… Excellent chair and excellent customer service. Really appreciated the salesman’s help in selecting the best chair for our needs. When the chair arrived and was set up, a couple minor things weren’t quite right - probable shipping damage (tiny cut in leather). They were courteous, efficient, and helpful. A couple new parts were ordered, a repair team dispatched and all taken care of. Very pleased.
