My first interaction being a sales/consumer support person who cleared up any questions I might have and helped me confirm which chair would suit my purposes. She was knowledgable about the chairs I had done extensive research on and presented options I didn't know about (despite my efforts to know everything). I am pragmatic about everything and consider a massage chair to be frivolous expense with uncertain gain, so I do my homework.
