Excellent customer service! I had an outstanding customer experience with this store. I was searching online for an Osaki Pro Maestro LE and connected with Sophie over chat. This was on Christmas and a Sunday. I was surprised how quickly Yunior got back to me and offered a very competitive price. I placed the order the same day and Yunior kept me posted through shipping and delivery. I live in California. The chair was delivered on schedule. I am now enjoying the chair!

Excellent service Yunior was so helpful in making our decision on which chair was best for us. He met us at his store and spent several hours with us, never rushing us at all. Furthermore he followed up with us afterwards to make sure we received our chair and that we were completely satisfied. Customer service he provided is super.

Run don't walk to deal with these vendors! Everything about the experience was 5 star. Sophie was thoroughly patient and knowledgeable and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted for amazingly what I wanted to spend. The unit arrived promptly. There was slight damage from shipping that was immediately resolved. I feel very secure with the 5 year full parts and service warranty.

Would highly recommend Massage Chair… Would highly recommend Massage Chair Heaven. Best in the business by far, best customer service, always fast response and very helpful and knowledgeable. They stand by their products. Joseph and Michelle, Winnipeg, MB, Canada
