The customer service person was very helpful and we received our chair when promised which was the Circ+ chair. The chair itself gives a very good upper and lower back massage for it's small footprint which was important.

GBExcellent customer service! I had an outstanding customer experience with this store. I was searching online for an Osaki Pro Maestro LE and connected with Sophie over chat. This was on Christmas and a Sunday. I was surprised how quickly Yunior got back to me and offered a very competitive price. I placed the order the same day and Yunior kept me posted through shipping and delivery. I live in California. The chair was delivered on schedule. I am now enjoying the chair!

GBExcellent chair and excellent customer… Excellent chair and excellent customer service. Really appreciated the salesman’s help in selecting the best chair for our needs. When the chair arrived and was set up, a couple minor things weren’t quite right - probable shipping damage (tiny cut in leather). They were courteous, efficient, and helpful. A couple new parts were ordered, a repair team dispatched and all taken care of. Very pleased.

GBMassage Chair Heaven is Heaven The purchase of this chair has been the most pleasant experience. My first interaction being a sales/consumer support person who cleared up any questions I might have and helped me confirm which chair would suit my purposes. She was knowledgable about the chairs I had done extensive research on and presented options I didn't know about (despite my efforts to know everything). I am pragmatic about everything and consider a massage chair to be frivolous expense with uncertain gain, so I do my homework. I knew what I wanted, what I could afford, what brand to rely on and finally called to make my purchase. After the support on the phone, I spent a bit more but got a lot more than I planned and am thrilled with the result.

GBThe chair was delivered damaged and… The chair was delivered damaged and didn't work. I requested a return and a pick up... they charged me $300 to pick it up. Calm negotiations failed several times, it was only after I got upset that they refunded the pick up fee for their broken chair.(They have since contacted and apologized so I raised review)
