USBought a refurbished M888 Bought a refurbished M888 and after a week of use a couple of air hoses came off, called customer service and they were very helpful but due to covid and limited work force it took a while for repairs. I enjoy my chair and happy of purchase. Seems to be well constructed and is nice looking that can be close to a wall and fully operational.

USExcellent chair and excellent customer… Excellent chair and excellent customer service. Really appreciated the salesman’s help in selecting the best chair for our needs. When the chair arrived and was set up, a couple minor things weren’t quite right - probable shipping damage (tiny cut in leather). They were courteous, efficient, and helpful. A couple new parts were ordered, a repair team dispatched and all taken care of. Very pleased.

USThe chair was delivered damaged and… The chair was delivered damaged and didn't work. I requested a return and a pick up... they charged me $300 to pick it up. Calm negotiations failed several times, it was only after I got upset that they refunded the pick up fee for their broken chair.(They have since contacted and apologized so I raised review)
