Bought a refurbished M888 Bought a refurbished M888 and after a week of use a couple of air hoses came off, called customer service and they were very helpful but due to covid and limited work force it took a while for repairs. I enjoy my chair and happy of purchase. Seems to be well constructed and is nice looking that can be close to a wall and fully operational.

When the chair arrived and was set up, a couple minor things weren’t quite right - probable shipping damage (tiny cut in leather). They were courteous, efficient, and helpful. A couple new parts were ordered, a repair team dispatched and all taken care of. Very pleased.

Daiwa Massage Chair I had wanted the Daiwa Extreme Hybrid Massage Chair for years.
