Almost everyday for almost two to two and a half weeks and she answered all of my questions and never became a sales person and tried to sell me anything. She just gave me information on various chairs and companies and was very helpful. Sophie was very nice and informative and never put any pressure on me to buy a chair.

Excellent chair and excellent customer… Excellent chair and excellent customer service. Really appreciated the salesman’s help in selecting the best chair for our needs. When the chair arrived and was set up, a couple minor things weren’t quite right - probable shipping damage (tiny cut in leather). They were courteous, efficient, and helpful. A couple new parts were ordered, a repair team dispatched and all taken care of. Very pleased.

Excellent customer service! I had an outstanding customer experience with this store. I was searching online for an Osaki Pro Maestro LE and connected with Sophie over chat. This was on Christmas and a Sunday. I was surprised how quickly Yunior got back to me and offered a very competitive price. Great customer service which makes for a great buying experience. What made my experience great was working with Junior, who happens to be the owner of the company I bought the massage chair from (Massage Chair Heaven). He listened to my wants and needs and asked me how much was I looking to spend. And then he gave me a few choices.
