GBVery smooth process, most competetive price Very smooth process. Set an appt, tested a few of the chairs I had been researching (which they have in their showroom), got a great deal for the chair I liked and it was delivered in a week. They offered to come build/install but found a video and put it together in 30 min myself. They still offer to come out to walk us through so customer service has been great so far. Hoping it lasts as long as my previous chair that had no problems in over 10+ years. Recommend anyone looking for a chair locally to go by their showroom.

GBDefective chair but great customer service Pros: Yunior was very helpful in replacing my broken massage chair with a working one. Great communication and lightning-fast text messages! Cons: They sent me a broken massage chair. They also delivered the chair to my driveway instead of directly to my door. You have to climb eight steps to get to my door, and the chair is a 300-pound package, so we had to pay hundreds of dollars to a separate company to move the chair a few hours later. Lucky it didn't rain! If I had known, I would have ordered the chair from Home Depot. It was a couple hundred dollars more expensive but the chair they delivered would probably not have been broken.

GBExcellent service Yunior was so helpful in making our decision on which chair was best for us. He met us at his store and spent several hours with us, never rushing us at all. Furthermore he followed up with us afterwards to make sure we received our chair and that we were completely satisfied. Customer service he provided is super.

What made my experience great was working with Junior, who happens to be the owner of the company I bought the massage chair from (Massage Chair Heaven). He listened to my wants and needs and asked me how much was I looking to spend. And then he gave me a few choices. Then I was asking him about the Osaki OS-Pro Ai Series DuoMax 4d and he was very knowledgeable with that and every massage chair mentioned. He let me make my own decisions with no pressure from him. I was able to call him back several times, which made me feel comfortable and made this whole experience a good one. Buying the Osaki OS-Pro Ai Series DuoMax 4d has been a good health investment for me. It's really helped me out with my back pain. I truly believe in a good customer service experience, and that's what I received.
