GBThe initial lab draw order had… The initial lab draw order had complications as there was missing information on the doctors order. But customer service was quick to reply and it was resolved without me having to come back to the lab to get my blood drawn. I always get a response from them within a day or two at most.

I love that you can express your thoughts or ask questions in the community chat and get support from the other people who have joined as well! GBThe customer service is great The customer service is great. If I chat them a question, I usually get a response within a day. The process is smooth and transparent. I feel like they truly want to help those without the help of insurance by making it affordable via telehealth.
