GBJust the beginning I’ve only done intake so far and my meds are supposed to be arriving tomorrow but my experience up until know has been fast and great with zappy. I love the interactive forums and easy chat features. It was very simple to sign up and get my labs done. This is a very hands on telehealth company. I will say I wish the cost of the labs was included in the price. When my job requires me to get labs it’s covered. But that does involve them having to find specific places which could require a bit of a drive so I get why it’s not provided I suppose.

GBGreat Experience Dr C is amazing.. he listens and he cares about what is going on with you. I have been using zappyhealth for about 6 weeks and there is excellent communication and support. There is information and training modules to keep you focused. Don’t be afraid to use Zappy Health!

GBThe customer service is great The customer service is great. If I chat them a question, I usually get a response within a day. The process is smooth and transparent. I feel like they truly want to help those without the help of insurance by making it affordable via telehealth.

GBI really appreciate the team and the care they give! I really appreciate the team and personalized care I receive. Each team member is really kind, helpful and encouraging. I never get nervous before an appointment and appreciate having a team actually meet with me to address this medical process. I’ve noticed the way the staff interacts with others in the message board and it is really encouraging too! You do not feel like just a number or “money grab”. I feel they really do care and want to see you succeed, even if that means other avenues! Highly recommend.

GBZappy Health is the best! Everyone at Zappy Health has made this difficult process tolerable. I have run into so many obstacles, but the physicians and customer service staff have gone above and beyond to help. My FSA requests a specific receipt and will not accept the standard one issued so Megan S. always creates one just the way they like it so I can use those funds. My medication got delivered to the wrong address and everyone was so helpful getting the medication reshipped. I cannot say enough about them all!
