GBGood tools for accountability Once you purchase the medication they set up monthly virtual appointments for you and give you a fitness guide and health/food log. It's really easy to put in what you ate for the day and helps you and your team of doctors/professionals give you the tools to help you.

I love that you can express your thoughts or ask questions in the community chat and get support from the other people who have joined as well!
