GBIt don’t get no better than this! I had an excellent experience with zappy health! After unpleasant experiences with other telehealth companies, this company was a huge breath of fresh air! GBZappy Health is the best! Everyone at Zappy Health has made this difficult process tolerable. I have run into so many obstacles, but the physicians and customer service staff have gone above and beyond to help. My FSA requests a specific receipt and will not accept the standard one issued so Megan S. always creates one just the way they like it so I can use those funds. My medication got delivered to the wrong address and everyone was so helpful getting the medication reshipped. I cannot say enough about them all!

GBGreat Customer Service Zappy made the process of switching to compounded medication an easy transition. The response time from my initial request to first appointment was less than 24 hours. I received my first shipment in within 5 days of the call. So far I am greatly impressed with the support and response from everyone I've interacted with from Zappy!

GBGreat Experience Dr C is amazing.. he listens and he cares about what is going on with you. I have been using zappyhealth for about 6 weeks and there is excellent communication and support. There is information and training modules to keep you focused. Don’t be afraid to use Zappy Health!
