GBI really appreciate the team and the care they give! I really appreciate the team and personalized care I receive. Each team member is really kind, helpful and encouraging. I never get nervous before an appointment and appreciate having a team actually meet with me to address this medical process. I’ve noticed the way the staff interacts with others in the message board and it is really encouraging too! You do not feel like just a number or “money grab”. I feel they really do care and want to see you succeed, even if that means other avenues! Highly recommend.

GBZappy Health is the best! Everyone at Zappy Health has made this difficult process tolerable. I have run into so many obstacles, but the physicians and customer service staff have gone above and beyond to help. My FSA requests a specific receipt and will not accept the standard one issued so Megan S. always creates one just the way they like it so I can use those funds. My medication got delivered to the wrong address and everyone was so helpful getting the medication reshipped. I cannot say enough about them all!

Their customer service was outstanding, always prompt and very helpful. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions with clarity and detail. The doctor was genuinely engaged in my care, taking the time to understand my concerns and tailor the treatment accordingly. They are all just a message away. It’s clear they prioritize patient care and satisfaction. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable and thorough medical weight loss consultations and care from the comfort of their home.
