GBMy order came in very quickly but one… My order came in very quickly but one box was damaged with a big hole causing an item I needed was missing, or fell out of the box. I sent an email to the company, told customer service of my issue, and the needed hardware was shipped out to me immediately. I received the hardware and was able to put my second rolling rack together.

GBThe bags we ordered are all blowing out… The bags we ordered are all blowing out on the side like they forgot to glue them. Of course they are made in China so this should be no surprise that they are poor quality. To add insult to injury, instead of sending a new box to replace the defective bags I have to send pictures of the bags and then get credit for each as I work my way through a box of 100. At .55 per bag this is very frustrating especially when I'm trying to check out a customer and the bags just fall apart.

GBEverything I received was either broken… Everything I received was either broken or used. Had to repair every piece of acrylic. The earring display I received had already been glued together and then taken apart before sending it to me. Also the L loops of acrylic that the earrings hang from had to be repaired. The acrylic display cabinets had handles broken off. Not the best of experiences.

GBI really love your products ~ but… I really love your products ~ but unfortunately your shipping cost is too much for our small business ~ the shipping cost was almost the same as the product I bought !! Sadly, we are in the process of looking for a closer, local supply company for our crafting needs.

GBExcellent Customer Service I have ordered from these folks a couple of times now. A few of my items have arrived to me broken (it's the nature of the item) but not only has customer service gotten a replacement to me quickly, they also addressed my packaging concerns when they reshipped.
