Backorder Canceled, Not By Me, and Apparently Not By Them Either!! The item was backordered and I didn't mind waiting, but instead the order was canceled on your end. So now I have to just keep checking to see if it's in stock ... or buy it somewhere else. UPDATE - Although I did get an email saying it was dropped, upon signing back into our account, the order is still showing as waiting to be filled, so I guess they will fill and ship as soon as they receive them. Since we're not in dire need, we'll wait because they have the best prices on them.

QUALITY, Fast, and Cheap!!! I took a gamble ordering heavy duty clothing racks from here rather than a familiar big website. I'm so glad I did. Excellent customer service from beginning to end! I received excellent customer service! Ordering was simple, and then I received a special phone call to verify the shipping method (as I had included some potentially conflicting comments about maybe wanting to pick it up). The best was yet to come! We received one damaged piece and when I called to report the damage, the customer service rep expertly handled and was able to send out a replacement the same day!
