I would not recommend purchasing any Zline applicances. I would not recommend purchasing any Zline appliance, especially their ovens/stoves. Worst experience and worst customer service. Short version: Zline oven/stove needed to be returned and refunded and we were told in November 2023 do not use. So we had it removed from our home to be safe. Well it's March 22, 2024, they've picked up the oven/stove but we still have not received our refund. For some reason Zline accounting department can not ship a refund check overnight.

Fantastic customer service experience. Rebecca was awesome in the way she addressed each issue I needed in installing my Z-Line kitchen. I installed the wall microwave/wall oven, a 60 inch duel fuel Range with a matching hood and a 60 inch built in refrigerator so I had quite a few questions. In addition to some installation questions I had a damaged refrigerator panel that she quickly shipped to me.

Review for Jerica This review is solely because of Jerica. I do not have a last name for her but she deserves a raise. I have had a terrible experience with getting my dishwasher fixed, let alone even looked at. Jerica got in contact with me and it was evident that she was working as hard as she could to get this issue fixed for me. She went above and beyond to keep track of the case, call me with updates, and let me know that I could contact her with anything even on weekends. I personally have not come across anyone as helpful as her. If she hasn’t already been recognized for her outstanding service, please take the time to do so because she deserves it.

Great customer service! I called Z Line to troubleshoot an issue with my range hood. I spoke to a very nice customer service rep who took all of the pertinent information and determined what the issue was. As of the time of these comments, Z Line is shipping me all the necessary parts to repair my hood.
