Lower element melted in my dual fuel… Lower element melted in my dual fuel stove for the second time in four months, and now the part is unavailable from the Zline parts website. First, I attempted to call the Zline phone number listed on their website--no answer after 1.5 hours of waiting. Then I tried requesting parts assistance from Zline parts website three weeks ago and received no response. Finally, I submitted a general customer service inquiry on the Zline website (two weeks ago) and I have received no response. In the meantime I have no working oven. That said, we also had a problem with a broken microwave door in December 2022, and received much better customer service at that time (problem was resolved). I'm not sure why there has been such a dramatic decline in customer service since that time. Update (1/30/24): I have now been contacted by Zline.

Broken refridgerator drawer I remodel my kitchen in June 2023. I bought a double oven, vent wall mount, dishwasher 6 burner stove top, and refrigerator. One of the drawers in the refrigerator is broken. I have called every day and sent numerous emails to their customer support. I just need someone to call to give me some information on how to order a replacement drawer. For the past 2 weeks, no one has returned my call. This is such poor customer service. This is supposed to be a luxury appliance can I get some luxury customer service. I would never ever ever buy another Zline product.

Buyer Beware oven broke after 2 years Just wanted to say Buyer Beware. I loved my zline from the start, cooked beautifully! Then the oven started heating up slower. 30 min to preheat turned into an hour and eventually stopped altogether. My oven is not even 3 years old and the “best” zline could do for me was to send me parts that they believe needed fixed based off a phone conversation and photos. Not only that but I had to try to find a mechanic to install the new parts and could not find anyone, even off the list they provided me, to work on it. I am so broken hearted that the company won’t send anyone to fix my oven or send me a new one or just refund me since they claim this problem has not occurred before. Hoping to provide clarity for anyone thinking about purchasing a zline appliance.

Just do not buy ZLINE Horrific or rather non-existent customer service. Calling them is useless as it goes nowhere even if you're finally at #1 in the queue; it then hangs up. When emailing, it takes 2-5 days for them to respond. Then they argued warranty with me even though its still under the 1st year warranty. This is the 2nd dishwasher we had to order because 1st one didn't work at all, 2nd one broke after 9 months.

$1500 drawer microwave is junk $1500 drawer microwave started sparking a year after I bought because it was 1 year and 2 weeks the store said I had to go to zline who has a 2 year warranty except they don’t answer the phone or respond to emails?!? That’s one way to avoid having to live up to your warranty by avoid customers at all cost.
