GBHeating Coil Replacement, Great Service We experienced an overheating issue with our heating coil on our dual fuel range/oven that required replacement. Initially, we just received the standard email response. Then Zline customer service reached out personally and explained the replacement and went above and beyond to ensure the resolution was sufficient and safe. We are very pleased with their response and their dedication to ensuring a quality product.

GBI would not recommend purchasing any Zline applicances. I would not recommend purchasing any Zline appliance, especially their ovens/stoves. Worst experience and worst customer service. Short version: Zline oven/stove needed to be returned and refunded and we were told in November 2023 do not use. So we had it removed from our home to be safe. Well it's March 22, 2024, they've picked up the oven/stove but we still have not received our refund. For some reason Zline accounting department can not ship a refund check overnight.

GBAlisha M was more than wonderful to… Alisha M was more than wonderful to work with. She listened to the issues I am having with the range and oven and moved things along in such a manor that the warranty provider has left me a message that they will be in touch shortly to set up an appointment time. She was more than professional and it seems to me that she is a valuable team member for Zline.

GBI purchased a 36” Zline 6 burner… I purchased a 36” Zline 6 burner Natural gas range and a 36” zline hood and installed them in my kitchen. Within a year, the lights went out on the hood, not the lights themselves but the power supply/regulator. This is as good as the story gets too. The cooktop really hasn’t had a problem but the oven rarely works properly and will not relight when baking something leaving the house full of natural gas. They had a recall that didn’t fix anything. The problem seems to be the cheap rivets that hold the igniters in place. Now they are offering a replacement or refund (which is sure to be much less than the purchase price but I haven’t seen the offer yet. Time will tell. Meanwhile, nothing in the very over priced oven.

GBRange Hood Refurbishment The lights on my range hood started working intermittently and eventually stopped working altogether. I thought the problem was with the push buttons and ordered a replacement, but that did not correct the issue. As I started delving into the issue further, I noticed that there were heat marks on the cabling and circuit board. I reached out to customer service and they helped me switch my system out from halogen to LED and replace the transformer and circuit board by providing not only the components but videos and diagrams on the wiring. The customer service agents were responsive, supportive, and courteous. I can't ask for more than that.
