GBCalled tp follow up on my claim… Called tp follow up on my claim submitted over a week ago. The rep promptly pulled my claim with my phone number and started working the cade. My stove is not heating and door not closing properly, it was an easy pleasant phone call where we trouble shoot the issue and they were able to put a warranty request in. No wrangling just issue and a resolution. Thankful, even though I'm without a oven for a few weeks.

GBHeating Coil Replacement, Great Service We experienced an overheating issue with our heating coil on our dual fuel range/oven that required replacement. Initially, we just received the standard email response. Then Zline customer service reached out personally and explained the replacement and went above and beyond to ensure the resolution was sufficient and safe. We are very pleased with their response and their dedication to ensuring a quality product.

GBGreat customer service! I called Z Line to troubleshoot an issue with my range hood. I spoke to a very nice customer service rep who took all of the pertinent information and determined what the issue was. As of the time of these comments, Z Line is shipping me all the necessary parts to repair my hood.

GBLower element melted in my dual fuel… Lower element melted in my dual fuel stove for the second time in four months, and now the part is unavailable from the Zline parts website. First, I attempted to call the Zline phone number listed on their website--no answer after 1.5 hours of waiting. Then I tried requesting parts assistance from Zline parts website three weeks ago and received no response. Finally, I submitted a general customer service inquiry on the Zline website (two weeks ago) and I have received no response. In the meantime I have no working oven. That said, we also had a problem with a broken microwave door in December 2022, and received much better customer service at that time (problem was resolved). I'm not sure why there has been such a dramatic decline in customer service since that time. Update (1/30/24): I have now been contacted by Zline.

GB$1500 drawer microwave is junk $1500 drawer microwave started sparking a year after I bought because it was 1 year and 2 weeks the store said I had to go to zline who has a 2 year warranty except they don’t answer the phone or respond to emails?!? That’s one way to avoid having to live up to your warranty by avoid customers at all cost.
