USHeating Coil Replacement, Great Service We experienced an overheating issue with our heating coil on our dual fuel range/oven that required replacement. Initially, we just received the standard email response. Then Zline customer service reached out personally and explained the replacement and went above and beyond to ensure the resolution was sufficient and safe. We are very pleased with their response and their dedication to ensuring a quality product.

She listened to the issues I am having with the range and oven and moved things along in such a manor that the warranty provider has left me a message that they will be in touch shortly to set up an appointment time. She was more than professional and it seems to me that she is a valuable team member for Zline.

USFantastic customer service experience. Rebecca was awesome in the way she addressed each issue I needed in installing my Z-Line kitchen. I installed the wall microwave/wall oven, a 60 inch duel fuel Range with a matching hood and a 60 inch built in refrigerator so I had quite a few questions. In addition to some installation questions I had a damaged refrigerator panel that she quickly shipped to me.
