Awful company Awful company! Bought a pair of game keeper boots at a cost of £155 and after 8 outings they are falling apart. They blocked Me on social media and ignored my complaints so Having to contact trading standards and my credit company to chase these crooks down 🤬🤬🤬

Exceptional service from the guys at… Exceptional service from the guys at grisport! Very easy to deal with if you come accross any problems with their products and when returning items it is free via a pre paid 48 hour royal mail sticky label. I was really impressed with the professional attitude of the staff in the office and rate them 10/10 also a very easy web site to navigate around and the ordering process is super easy. highly recommend the company for great outdoor footware which i use them for!

Grisport = Bad experience I bought a pair of Icarus and Air Walkers in August. For the money there not that good .I only wear now and again and alternate. The laces on the Airwalkers are coming apart and where the heel is narrow in the design I now have Plantar Fasciitis which is very painful. The Icarus shoes do not breath and are painful to wear when they get to hot. Before I bought these no problem. The customer service at Grisport at the time of purchase when handing over money was very good. Now they advised me to buy inserts for the shoes? Your better off buying £20.0 shoes from Decathalon that do a better job. I do not recommend these shoes or company.

Attempted Boots purchase. I attempted to purchase a pair of boots, on October 28th. They never arrived, and after trying to contact, customer services, finally received a refund today, the 15th of November. They never answered emails, or phone calls, and to top it off, my refund was £2.50 short. They must need the money more than I do. In short i will never use them again, and would advise others to stay well clear of them. Their customer service is non existent.

Don't buy Grisport boots by mail order We bought from Grisport on the basis of a good review in Which Magazine. Owing to a shortage of High St stockists, we bought by mail order. It is probably a mistake ever to buy walking boots by mail order, since it is critical to try them on first. Grisport advertise that their boots need no 'breaking in'. This was far from the truth for my wife and myself: we both suffered badly from chafing around the ankle. We are unable to return them, since only 'unworn' boots are accepted. (How can one know whether the boots fit or not without wearing them?)
