Worst boots I’ve ever owned… Worst boots I’ve ever owned continuously causing pain and blisters, I’ve always been a hiker wearing quality sock and boots, but these boots are terrible. The only thing worse than the boots is the customer service, they point you in the direction of the retailer who in turn point you back to Grisport. Simply don’t buy Grisport boots the company are a disgrace and don’t want to know. Also they probably won’t show this review as they only publish positive reviews, but I will post this review on as many walking sites as I can find people need to know!!

Don't buy Grisport boots by mail order We bought from Grisport on the basis of a good review in Which Magazine. Owing to a shortage of High St stockists, we bought by mail order. It is probably a mistake ever to buy walking boots by mail order, since it is critical to try them on first. Grisport advertise that their boots need no 'breaking in'. This was far from the truth for my wife and myself: we both suffered badly from chafing around the ankle. We are unable to return them, since only 'unworn' boots are accepted. (How can one know whether the boots fit or not without wearing them?)

awful customer service for faulty product awful customer service, I complained about a pair of trekking shoes having the worst grip, having slipped painfully on a wet path ( others wearing regular shoes and trainers had no issue with surface ) they said this was to be expected given the sole. absolute garbage to hear about a supposedly quality walking shoe.. I also tried to leave a less than 5* review for the product on their site, it never got published.

Attempted Boots purchase. I attempted to purchase a pair of boots, on October 28th. They never arrived, and after trying to contact, customer services, finally received a refund today, the 15th of November. They never answered emails, or phone calls, and to top it off, my refund was £2.50 short. They must need the money more than I do. In short i will never use them again, and would advise others to stay well clear of them. Their customer service is non existent.

Excellent value and great quality - will order again Went on the Grisport website having read some reviews from people who recommended the walking boots. Took a chance and ordered a pair using a blackfriday deal. Had update emails all weekend with when I could expect delivery, and one again this morning saying they would come tomorrow. Got home from work to find they arrived today! Not only super-quick delivery, but they also included a spare set of laces, a free backpack (good quality from what I can see) and a free pair of Merino wool socks! Boots are really comfortable too, so I'm super chuffed with this purchase.
