2 months and falling apart. Bought some wide fit boots on the recommendation of my orthopaedic surgeon (recommended grisport) 2 months later the leather is coming away from the soles, not what you'd expect for £120 , grisport will not do anything to rectify this or even acknowledge that itd happened. Terrible customer service.

A human touch I want to record my thanks for the advice and support of the customer service team. Buying something like shoes online can be difficult but having someone who is both knowledgable and friendly (Gavin, in this case) to talk to makes this a lot easier. Well done Grisport - good products, good prices and a human face / voice.

I received a pair of timber brown… I received a pair of timber brown boots. An eyelet on one boot was not aligned to the other and the eyelet fell out. I returned the boots as requested and waited for a replacement pair to arrive…….guess what…the same eyelet on the same boot fell out! I cannot prove that the same boots repaired were sent back to me. I contacted grisport and the said they would pay for the repair. I have been buying their products for 15 years and i have now informed them i wont be buying them again.

Excellent value and great quality - will order again Went on the Grisport website having read some reviews from people who recommended the walking boots. Took a chance and ordered a pair using a blackfriday deal. Had update emails all weekend with when I could expect delivery, and one again this morning saying they would come tomorrow. Got home from work to find they arrived today! Not only super-quick delivery, but they also included a spare set of laces, a free backpack (good quality from what I can see) and a free pair of Merino wool socks! Boots are really comfortable too, so I'm super chuffed with this purchase.

So far so good. So far so good. Ordered boots (£110) and accessories and the packing and delivery was good. Together with a nice gift. Sorry to see the negative reviews here. I will revisit trust pilot once I've worn these boots for a while.
