Returns NOT FREE “Free exchanges and Easy Returns”. I mistakenly took this to be free returns. My error but had I known they charge for “their return label” I would never have ordered as shoes are a difficult thing to get right without trying on.

A human touch I want to record my thanks for the advice and support of the customer service team. Buying something like shoes online can be difficult but having someone who is both knowledgable and friendly (Gavin, in this case) to talk to makes this a lot easier. Didn’t send item Terrible - ordered some boots for delivery Wednesday - just phoned up Friday morning and they said they have been despatched but there is a backlog due to black Friday! Dpd tracking shows they haven’t sent the item! First and last time customer! Just checked online and they are now out of stock - so presumably they didn’t send mine due to no stock! Oder ref 138652.

Excellent value and great quality - will order again Went on the Grisport website having read some reviews from people who recommended the walking boots. Took a chance and ordered a pair using a blackfriday deal. Had update emails all weekend with when I could expect delivery, and one again this morning saying they would come tomorrow. Got home from work to find they arrived today! Not only super-quick delivery, but they also included a spare set of laces, a free backpack (good quality from what I can see) and a free pair of Merino wool socks! Boots are really comfortable too, so I'm super chuffed with this purchase.

Awful company Awful company! Bought a pair of game keeper boots at a cost of £155 and after 8 outings they are falling apart. They blocked Me on social media and ignored my complaints so Having to contact trading standards and my credit company to chase these crooks down 🤬🤬🤬
