THE SHIPPING FEES ARE DEFINITELY OUTRAGEOUS, BUT THE COST OF THE ITEMS IS WORTH IT. YOU'LL JUST HAVE TO PRICE YOUR ITEMS ACCORDINGLY TO MAKE UP FOR THE EXTRA FEES. I placed a order on March 19. Not happy I placed a order on Match 19. The money that spent on this website isn’t worth the time you wait to receive the merchandise. I’ve contacted the chat CSR several times. Only to be told they have no information on the delivery of my order. I will definitely give a bad review to all my fellow boutique owner friends who were waiting on reviews before ordering from this company.

I ordered 4 pieces of clothing on… I ordered 4 pieces of clothing on January 23rd and have still not received it. That is 6 whole months! I tried contacting and I wait anywhere from 3 weeks to a month before anyone responds to me. Once I finally do get an answer I'm told it's due to COVID-19. I have ordered other items from other online websites and apps and have recieved those items in a timely manner. Some may have taken a little longer but nothing took 6 months and still waiting. Once I either recieve my items or money back I will be deleting FashionTIY off my phone and will never purchase another thing from this app. Very very dissatisfied and disappointed.
