Does as it says on the tin Quickly delivered. I was relieved to find that it works really well (after reading so many negative reviews). I have only had it for a week but does everything it says on the tin. It is considerably cheaper than other cordless cleaners. It's unfortunate that so many people have had problems - the company needs to get its act together on complaints/delivery/quality control. If the cleaner continues as good as it is...only time will tell.

Absolutely shocking Absolutely shocking, not even worth 1 star. Ordered vacuum cleaner back in October 23, product never arrived. I've requested a refund, this was in December.as of yet not received anything, despite numerous emails sent and them saying it will be dealt with as soon as possible. They are not even replying now. Avoid this company at all costs, it's a scam and should be shut down as soon as possible.

Fantastic experience First off... Don't believe the 1 star reviews... I've read what they had to say and either they didn't give the company a chance or the product. I bought mine after reading an engineers review and finding out it's developed by a Denmark company using the same parts as as the named products , but adding a premium for the name. When it arrived (very quickly I might add) and opened the box I was surprised how well made it was.. most cordless vacuums are plastic anyway so no surprise on that..I put it together in less then 5 mins and was testing it out (it came with 75% charge) .. NO cordless will ever rival a mains powered hoover, let's get this straight. These are designed to just pick up small bits and bobs.. You'll never get a deep clean from a battery powered unit.. my main unit is a Shark classic anti hair wrap upright pet vacuum and it's fabulous...I was amazed how much deep cleaning this can offer...so I wasn't expecting this cordless model to compete...however...I was surprised what this battery power house did pick up... It's perfect for a quick pick up of bits and pieces without having to use the mains unit.. I'm well impressed with this cordless hoover especially at this bargain price... I mean, come on. 3/4 and even 500 quid is a joke for a battery hoover...at 150 quid that's a bargain. I've had no issues with contacting them and getting replies regarding another spare battery.. Highly recommend this great hoover

Please do not purchase from this… Please do not purchase from this company at all. I wish I had read the reviews on Trust pilot prior to making the purchase. We received the vacuum cleaner on the 08/04/24, as per the instructions, fist charged it up, and used it on the 10/4/24, and the brush clean started to fall apart. Contacted the Customer Service (this word should not be used for this company at all.) Their response was I should use glue the parts that had fallen off, I asked them are they serious, and said I wanted to return the vacuum cleaner and get a full refund. They then said they would offer a £5.37 reduction as it turns out that returning the product is a hassle for them. Honestly they are a joke. I turned it down and requested again what the process is for returning the product and then get a full refund, my last email to them was Friday 12/4/24, and they have not responded back. Even said “Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period during which they can cancel their orders without incurring any additional costs. Moreover, businesses must process refunds and handle returns efficiently and transparently. “but as per the previous reviewer they are trying to get past the 14 days by giving me the run-around” If it was possible to give a minus star I would. I am amazed that they are able to carry on as an online retailers, considering the negative reviews below.
