GBPlease do not purchase from this… Please do not purchase from this company at all. I wish I had read the reviews on Trust pilot prior to making the purchase. We received the vacuum cleaner on the 08/04/24, as per the instructions, fist charged it up, and used it on the 10/4/24, and the brush clean started to fall apart. Contacted the Customer Service (this word should not be used for this company at all.) Their response was I should use glue the parts that had fallen off, I asked them are they serious, and said I wanted to return the vacuum cleaner and get a full refund. They then said they would offer a £5.37 reduction as it turns out that returning the product is a hassle for them. Honestly they are a joke. I turned it down and requested again what the process is for returning the product and then get a full refund, my last email to them was Friday 12/4/24, and they have not responded back. Even said “Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period during which they can cancel their orders without incurring any additional costs. Moreover, businesses must process refunds and handle returns efficiently and transparently. “but as per the previous reviewer they are trying to get past the 14 days by giving me the run-around” If it was possible to give a minus star I would. I am amazed that they are able to carry on as an online retailers, considering the negative reviews below.

GBPlease do not purchase from this… Please do not purchase from this customer No warranty, hoover was rubbish, terrible suction, started spitting out the dust even after cleaning everything out. Did manage to email customer service, but it's poor communication, asked for a video but struggle to send it. When finally managed it, they just told me to clean the hoover again! Nightmare and a waste of money. Please save your money and get another hoover

GBPlease… I urge you not to purchase from… Please… I urge you not to purchase from this company. I bought a vacuum which I can only compare to a child’s toy. For the last 2 weeks I have been liaising daily with Joy to no avail. She informs me I need to return to China and pay all fees crossing borders etc. I have reported this company to British trading standards as they are refusing to give me any return address even though they state they are a UK company. Pretty sure this review will be removed. The M3 has very little suction power.. please save your money and shop elsewhere with a reputable company.

GBshould not even be worth 1 star should not even be worth 1 star , they give false description of their poor quality cordless vacuum take your money finally send product , no return address given only threats of costs to return it to China. These people should be closed down as they are fraudsters.
