should not even be worth 1 star should not even be worth 1 star , they give false description of their poor quality cordless vacuum take your money finally send product , no return address given only threats of costs to return it to China. These people should be closed down as they are fraudsters.

Fantastic experience First off... Don't believe the 1 star reviews... I've read what they had to say and either they didn't give the company a chance or the product. I bought mine after reading an engineers review and finding out it's developed by a Denmark company using the same parts as as the named products , but adding a premium for the name. When it arrived (very quickly I might add) and opened the box I was surprised how well made it was.. most cordless vacuums are plastic anyway so no surprise on that..I put it together in less then 5 mins and was testing it out (it came with 75% charge) .. NO cordless will ever rival a mains powered hoover, let's get this straight. These are designed to just pick up small bits and bobs.. You'll never get a deep clean from a battery powered unit.. my main unit is a Shark classic anti hair wrap upright pet vacuum and it's fabulous...I was amazed how much deep cleaning this can offer...so I wasn't expecting this cordless model to compete...however...I was surprised what this battery power house did pick up... It's perfect for a quick pick up of bits and pieces without having to use the mains unit.. I'm well impressed with this cordless hoover especially at this bargain price... I mean, come on. 3/4 and even 500 quid is a joke for a battery hoover...at 150 quid that's a bargain. I've had no issues with contacting them and getting replies regarding another spare battery.. Highly recommend this great hoover

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE ROBBERS Biggest con ever! Payment was taken from my bank account immediately on ordering. The vacuum was supposedly shipped for delivery but never arrived. Found out they had sent it to the wrong address which happened to be an empty property. They sent me an email saying that as I had “refused to collect the package” I would receive a refund minus £30!!! They haven’t answered my emails and so far I haven’t had a refund.

the hoover arrived works ok ish my… the hoover arrived works ok ish my concern is that it came without warrenty and i cannot contact customer servises i thought the law on buying on line was you could cancel or return for a full refund i read that if lucky it can be returned to china but it came from the uk ? and would cost a fortune i cancelled this order before it was shipped but that and the e mail was ignored steer clear i belive it is all a scam and i will contact my credit card for help

DO NOT BUY THIS HOOVER YOU WILL REGRET IT This is THE WORST HOOVER I’ve ever bought. It has no suction. It has a light that is useless - who is hoovering in the dark?! But more important they have the most TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve asked them SIX TIMES how I return the product and they are actively not giving me this information. I have quoted the customer contracts regulations and have suggested they are trying to get past the 14 days by giving me the runaround. They WILL NOT tell me how to return it. Their website does not tell you how to return it. DO NOT PURCHASE this terrible hoover or you will regret it. I have never known anything like it from a modern day company. I’m convinced they’ve paid companies to rate them high and have put their own positive reviews on. That’s the only explanation for anything positive about this hoover or this dodgy company.
