Please… I urge you not to purchase from… Please… I urge you not to purchase from this company. I bought a vacuum which I can only compare to a child’s toy. For the last 2 weeks I have been liaising daily with Joy to no avail. She informs me I need to return to China and pay all fees crossing borders etc. I have reported this company to British trading standards as they are refusing to give me any return address even though they state they are a UK company. Pretty sure this review will be removed. The M3 has very little suction power.. please save your money and shop elsewhere with a reputable company.

Don't buy this totally dysfunctional vacuum cleaner I bought this vacuum cleaner in January 2024. I wish I had seen the other reviews before I purchased it. It is totally useless and picks up hardly anything. It doesn't keep it's charge either needing to be constantly recharged. There was no paperwork included, so it is a very suspect firm. I shall forward this to Trading Standards. This useless vacuum cleaner should be banned.

Does as it says on the tin Quickly delivered. I was relieved to find that it works really well (after reading so many negative reviews). I have only had it for a week but does everything it says on the tin. It is considerably cheaper than other cordless cleaners. It's unfortunate that so many people have had problems - the company needs to get its act together on complaints/delivery/quality control. If the cleaner continues as good as it is...only time will tell.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE ROBBERS Biggest con ever! Payment was taken from my bank account immediately on ordering. The vacuum was supposedly shipped for delivery but never arrived. Found out they had sent it to the wrong address which happened to be an empty property. They sent me an email saying that as I had “refused to collect the package” I would receive a refund minus £30!!! They haven’t answered my emails and so far I haven’t had a refund.

Buy in haste and repent at leisure Buy in haste and repent at leisure. Can't believe I bought this on the fake David Brown recommendation. Very poor quality and weak suction even with boost switched on. Roller brush no longer revolving now so will not pick up anything. Have no idea what action against this company I can now take
