Totally concur with the previous… Totally concur with the previous poster. Do not waste your money on this product! Very poor suction - might just pick up a few bread crumbs, if that! Customer service - dire!! Had a couple of polite exchanges with them before asking to return the product - now they are refusing delivery of my e- mails. Vacuum cleaner comes with a very cheap looking charger and not even a docking station. Had read a glorious assesment of this vacuum cleaner - obviously fake!!

Does as it says on the tin Quickly delivered. I was relieved to find that it works really well (after reading so many negative reviews). I have only had it for a week but does everything it says on the tin. It is considerably cheaper than other cordless cleaners. It's unfortunate that so many people have had problems - the company needs to get its act together on complaints/delivery/quality control. If the cleaner continues as good as it is...only time will tell.

Very poor quality and weak suction even with boost switched on. Roller brush no longer revolving now so will not pick up anything. Have no idea what action against this company I can now take

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE ROBBERS Biggest con ever! Payment was taken from my bank account immediately on ordering. The vacuum was supposedly shipped for delivery but never arrived. Found out they had sent it to the wrong address which happened to be an empty property. They sent me an email saying that as I had “refused to collect the package” I would receive a refund minus £30!!! They haven’t answered my emails and so far I haven’t had a refund.
