Absolutely shocking Absolutely shocking, not even worth 1 star. Ordered vacuum cleaner back in October 23, product never arrived. I've requested a refund, this was in December.as of yet not received anything, despite numerous emails sent and them saying it will be dealt with as soon as possible. They are not even replying now. Avoid this company at all costs, it's a scam and should be shut down as soon as possible.

should not even be worth 1 star should not even be worth 1 star , they give false description of their poor quality cordless vacuum take your money finally send product , no return address given only threats of costs to return it to China. These people should be closed down as they are fraudsters.

Does as it says on the tin Quickly delivered. I was relieved to find that it works really well (after reading so many negative reviews). I have only had it for a week but does everything it says on the tin. It is considerably cheaper than other cordless cleaners. It's unfortunate that so many people have had problems - the company needs to get its act together on complaints/delivery/quality control. If the cleaner continues as good as it is...only time will tell.

Great cleaner, easy to use. Having read lots of negative reviews after I had ordered my vacuum cleaner I was concerned it would be no good. However, I am really pleased with it. It did take a few weeks to arrive but it is light, easy to use and very effective at cleaning getting into places other hoovers can’t reach easily! Would recommend.
