Lack of suction Lack of suction, no idea where the 4 and 5 star reviews are from, poor vacuum cleaner. Ok for kids.

Please… I urge you not to purchase from… Please… I urge you not to purchase from this company. I bought a vacuum which I can only compare to a child’s toy. For the last 2 weeks I have been liaising daily with Joy to no avail. She informs me I need to return to China and pay all fees crossing borders etc. I have reported this company to British trading standards as they are refusing to give me any return address even though they state they are a UK company. Pretty sure this review will be removed. The M3 has very little suction power.. please save your money and shop elsewhere with a reputable company.

This is a fraudulent company if only I… This is a fraudulent company if only I had done my homework and read the reviews on this website/page it seems that “JOY” is quite happy upsetting costumers this company needs to be stopped asap it’s a defiante scam the vacuum is absolutely rubbish and is like a child’s toy

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE ROBBERS Biggest con ever! Payment was taken from my bank account immediately on ordering. The vacuum was supposedly shipped for delivery but never arrived. Found out they had sent it to the wrong address which happened to be an empty property. They sent me an email saying that as I had “refused to collect the package” I would receive a refund minus £30!!! They haven’t answered my emails and so far I haven’t had a refund.

Great cleaner, easy to use. Having read lots of negative reviews after I had ordered my vacuum cleaner I was concerned it would be no good. However, I am really pleased with it. It did take a few weeks to arrive but it is light, easy to use and very effective at cleaning getting into places other hoovers can’t reach easily! Would recommend.
