the hoover arrived works ok ish my… the hoover arrived works ok ish my concern is that it came without warrenty and i cannot contact customer servises i thought the law on buying on line was you could cancel or return for a full refund i read that if lucky it can be returned to china but it came from the uk ? and would cost a fortune i cancelled this order before it was shipped but that and the e mail was ignored steer clear i belive it is all a scam and i will contact my credit card for help

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE ROBBERS Biggest con ever! Payment was taken from my bank account immediately on ordering. The vacuum was supposedly shipped for delivery but never arrived. Found out they had sent it to the wrong address which happened to be an empty property. They sent me an email saying that as I had “refused to collect the package” I would receive a refund minus £30!!! They haven’t answered my emails and so far I haven’t had a refund.

Please… I urge you not to purchase from… Please… I urge you not to purchase from this company. I bought a vacuum which I can only compare to a child’s toy. For the last 2 weeks I have been liaising daily with Joy to no avail. She informs me I need to return to China and pay all fees crossing borders etc. I have reported this company to British trading standards as they are refusing to give me any return address even though they state they are a UK company. Pretty sure this review will be removed. The M3 has very little suction power.. please save your money and shop elsewhere with a reputable company.
