ESDelsey charged me and never shipped the bag. After 6 attempts to contact Delsey regarding my PAID, but NOT SHIPPED order DWUS0000219674 I still have no reply. I have contacted UPS regarding the tracking number 1Z9Y922F030037 and was informed that the shipper (YOU) have never provided package for shipping to UPS after creating label. Delsey charged me and never shipped the bag. User's recommendation: don't buy from Delsey website.

GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. No calls accepted, emails sent a few days later. The items have not even been shipped but I can not cancel it. If you decide to return, you will end up paying for insurance and shipping. Ugly service. Do not recommend to anyone.

GBWhen I discovered Delsey Paris luggage When I discovered Delsey Paris luggage, I knew I just had to have it! I ordered one piece but the other piece I wanted is on backorder. Latisha has been wonderful about replying to my emails and giving me excellent, accurate info. It's hard to find good customer service nowadays, but this was wonderful!
