Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. No calls accepted, emails sent a few days later. The items have not even been shipped but I can not cancel it. If you decide to return, you will end up paying for insurance and shipping. Ugly service. Do not recommend to anyone.

Delsey charged me and never shipped the bag. After 6 attempts to contact Delsey regarding my PAID, but NOT SHIPPED order DWUS0000219674 I still have no reply. I have contacted UPS regarding the tracking number 1Z9Y922F030037 and was informed that the shipper (YOU) have never provided package for shipping to UPS after creating label. Delsey charged me and never shipped the bag. User's recommendation: don't buy from Delsey website.

My Delsey 25” Aero had a wheel break… My Delsey 25” Aero had a wheel break the very first time I used the suitcase. I have reached out to Delsey numerous times and have made no progress. Their customer service is terrible and I won’t purchase anything from them again.
