Nice duffel Nice duffel, lots of pockets, fast shipping.

Shocking Shocking. Didn’t cancel my order (even though I requested a cancellation within 4 minutes) and then, now that I’ve received the item, are stating they’ll only refund me 80% of the cost of the item because I have to pay for the returns shipping. Shocking customer service (if you can even call it that) and nobody from my family will be using Delsey again.

Package not received I never received the package and have twice asked for a refund.

Terrible terrible customer service Terrible terrible customer service. I ordered 3 luggage sets (each with 1 large suitcase + 1 small/carry on suitcase). The three boxes arrived completely damaged and partially opened. I emailed them right away, alerting them of the situation. They didn't seem to care and have still not helped me reach a resolution. They want me to pay for the shipping of the three large damaged boxes back to them. I would never buy anything from Delsey again. I should have checked the reviews before purchasing from them.
