GBvery bad after sale service I bought a delsey suitcase one year ago and I hardly used it . I live in London After one of my travel I found the stitches linking the zip to the suitcase broken. When I contacted delsey they asked me to send them the suitcase by post, instead of dropping it to a retail point in London. They are basically making the return and repair impossible for anyone not living in france. I don't recommend it go for a more international brand

GBNo refund I bought two luggages, but it got arrived late so I bought another set of luggage and without opening the shipping package I returned the luggages to Delsey return department. It’s been more than 2 months I am following up with them to refund but I just got one of luggages refunded. Horrible customer service!! You have to pay for the return shipment if you wanna return and they won’t return the money regardless of multiple time of follow ups, emails and submitting the feedback form from their website. But no refund yet. Very frustrating
