USMy Delsey 25” Aero had a wheel break… My Delsey 25” Aero had a wheel break the very first time I used the suitcase. I have reached out to Delsey numerous times and have made no progress. Their customer service is terrible and I won’t purchase anything from them again.

USHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. No calls accepted, emails sent a few days later. The items have not even been shipped but I can not cancel it. If you decide to return, you will end up paying for insurance and shipping. Ugly service. Do not recommend to anyone.

USNo refund I bought two luggages, but it got arrived late so I bought another set of luggage and without opening the shipping package I returned the luggages to Delsey return department. It’s been more than 2 months I am following up with them to refund but I just got one of luggages refunded. Horrible customer service!! You have to pay for the return shipment if you wanna return and they won’t return the money regardless of multiple time of follow ups, emails and submitting the feedback form from their website. But no refund yet. Very frustrating

ESDelsey charged me and never shipped the bag. After 6 attempts to contact Delsey regarding my PAID, but NOT SHIPPED order DWUS0000219674 I still have no reply. I have contacted UPS regarding the tracking number 1Z9Y922F030037 and was informed that the shipper (YOU) have never provided package for shipping to UPS after creating label. Delsey charged me and never shipped the bag. User's recommendation: don't buy from Delsey website.

BEDon’t order here Don’t order here! I ordered a new suitcase over 4 weeks ago, it arrived quite fast, but I wasn’t happy with it so I returned it using their pre-paid DHL service. Fast-forward 24 days post return: contacted Delsey twice via their online page, never received an answer and still haven’t received my refund. Horrible costumer service!
