Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. No calls accepted, emails sent a few days later. The items have not even been shipped but I can not cancel it. If you decide to return, you will end up paying for insurance and shipping. Ugly service. Do not recommend to anyone.

very bad after sale service I bought a delsey suitcase one year ago and I hardly used it . I live in London After one of my travel I found the stitches linking the zip to the suitcase broken. When I contacted delsey they asked me to send them the suitcase by post, instead of dropping it to a retail point in London. They are basically making the return and repair impossible for anyone not living in france. I don't recommend it go for a more international brand

Delsey charged me and never shipped the bag. After 6 attempts to contact Delsey regarding my PAID, but NOT SHIPPED order DWUS0000219674 I still have no reply. I have contacted UPS regarding the tracking number 1Z9Y922F030037 and was informed that the shipper (YOU) have never provided package for shipping to UPS after creating label. Delsey charged me and never shipped the bag. User's recommendation: don't buy from Delsey website.
