USWhen I discovered Delsey Paris luggage When I discovered Delsey Paris luggage, I knew I just had to have it! I ordered one piece but the other piece I wanted is on backorder. Latisha has been wonderful about replying to my emails and giving me excellent, accurate info. It's hard to find good customer service nowadays, but this was wonderful!

GBvery bad after sale service I bought a delsey suitcase one year ago and I hardly used it . I live in London After one of my travel I found the stitches linking the zip to the suitcase broken. When I contacted delsey they asked me to send them the suitcase by post, instead of dropping it to a retail point in London. They are basically making the return and repair impossible for anyone not living in france. I don't recommend it go for a more international brand

Didn’t cancel my order (even though I requested a cancellation within 4 minutes) and then, now that I’ve received the item, are stating they’ll only refund me 80% of the cost of the item because I have to pay for the returns shipping. Shocking customer service (if you can even call it that) and nobody from my family will be using Delsey again.

USTerrible terrible customer service Terrible terrible customer service. I ordered 3 luggage sets (each with 1 large suitcase + 1 small/carry on suitcase). The three boxes arrived completely damaged and partially opened. I emailed them right away, alerting them of the situation. They didn't seem to care and have still not helped me reach a resolution. They want me to pay for the shipping of the three large damaged boxes back to them. I would never buy anything from Delsey again. I should have checked the reviews before purchasing from them.
