GBNo refund I bought two luggages, but it got arrived late so I bought another set of luggage and without opening the shipping package I returned the luggages to Delsey return department. It’s been more than 2 months I am following up with them to refund but I just got one of luggages refunded. Horrible customer service!! You have to pay for the return shipment if you wanna return and they won’t return the money regardless of multiple time of follow ups, emails and submitting the feedback form from their website. But no refund yet. Very frustrating

GBBon Voyage The set arrived like lightning. I'm taking this as a good omen for all of our future trips. It is also beautiful. I went over all of it to ensure I wouldn't have to return it. Sturdy fabric, all the wheels were secure and functioning, and zippers were good to go. It's also attractive in the green and will be distinct on the conveyer belt. Each is also roomy and light weight. Couldn't be happier. Happy traveling.
