Beginning with our original contact with Amy Peri, and throughout development of the plans and our modifications, delivery of the kit, and construction, I have to say your performance was superb. And this was during the COVID 19 pandemic, which disrupted all manner of normal business processes. On top of that, the flooding in the Pacific Northwest added further challenges. What problem-solvers you guys are! The end result exceeds our expectations. The quality of the lumber is top notch, we ran out of nothing during the build, and our panelized walls were well engineered and constructed. Perhaps most telling is the impression made on the inspectors, contractors, and our engineer--they are clearly not used to seeing this kind of quality. Good package/bad builder! Linwood package was excellent. Good design, very detailed plans, ample very good quality material supplied. Foundation contractor did a great job on very difficult terrain. Framing was not so great. Beams cut too short and off level, columns missing or missplaced, floor joist run wrong direction and more. .Ie contractor did not seem to understand post and beam construction or be able to read plans. Over all quality of workmanship was poor. Next time I'll buy the package from Linwood and find my own contractor to build.

Rebuilding my fire-destroyed cabin with a Linwood Ho It was necessary to demolish my cabin in B.C. that burned in 2016 because what remained was not up to code. I saw the display Linwood Home in Calgary and thought it looked and felt like my previous cabin. All that remained of my cabin was the foundation and Maya Zimmerman and made a trip out to the site to ensure it would accommodate a version of the display cabin in Calgary. All building supplies neccessary were sent to the site from Vancouver I am absolutely delighted with my new cabin and thank Linwood Homes for providing an excellent product. Great value for the cost. I have a beautiful house (still working on the inside), Not everything went smoothly; construction never does, but any issue I had, my representative from Linwood, Amy Peri, jumped in to help. From receiving my plans for county permits to delivery to completion, I can't say enough good about my choice of using Linwood. Note -- I rarely write glowing reviews.
