We are so glad that we found Linwood We are so glad that we found Linwood. The web site is fantastic which we used to help pick out our new cottage. We went with one of the models on the site and had Linwood modified the plan a bit to our suit our needs. They looked after all the engineering, materials - windows, shingles and things I would never had thought about ...The staff was excellent. They helped us through the process but most importantly, quality of wood is 5 stars. TOP quality just like they said. I would have given five stars except for how the material is shipped. Unloading a sea container full of lumber was a bit of hassle.

Quality (product and workmanship) Lynwood homes was quite thorough from start to finish. RIght from providing me with a projected budget to helping with permits and such. Quality of product and workmanship was excellent. Any problems that were encountered were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

The experience over all was Very good The experience over all was Very good. I feel that most of the confusing points were due to our acting as our own general contractors. The important thing was that no matter how many times we called Amy she was available and got us answers quickly.

Mcfarlane’s Folly My experience with Linwood didn’t suck!Although my Linwood advisor and I didn’t always see eye to eye I couldn’t be happier with the end result.. I built my home in the middle of nowhere so having everything delivered in one package worked out to be a big bonus.Linwood promised quality wood and that’s what they delivered.Now a days company’s make a lot of promises and rarely come through in the end but Linwood definitely played an important role in the success of my project.

Beautiful Retirement Home Beautiful Retirement Home Very happy with the material that arrived on site. Being first time home builders we missed some small details on the drawing regarding the exterior finish (siding not going down to grade level on some walls) leaving an unfinished appearance. We used the Linwood area rep to build the home, installers did a good job, but would have been nice to know that only 3 guys would be building the whole home. Took longer than we were expecting which effected the schedule of other contractors. We did appreciate that we could arrange our own contractors for the interior finishes (electrican, plumber etc).
