The folks from Linwood were great to… The folks from Linwood were great to work with. They were knowledgeable, accommodating and responded quickly to our questions through all phases from purchase through construction. We would purchase from them again going forward. We do recommend, however, taking a very close look at what their base packages include then decide on any upgrades you want to have included. Do this prior to closing the deal. Upgrades can be pricy after the deal is signed. Michael

The odd issues we had were dealt with promptly and efficiently. We highly recommend Linwood Homes to anyone who wants an excellent experience and an excellent product. We couldn’t be happier!

STAY AWAY from this company! STAY AWAY from this company and any of their affiliated builders, especially Timber Ridge Homes (Calgary, Alberta) who is also owner/co-owner of Linwood Homes. While the prefab home from Linwood is of quality the whole building process by this developer was a nightmare! We were grossly underquoted in our initial contract (we ended up paying almost double what the estimate was) and numerous mistakes were made by some subcontractors who had no idea about the building codes in our area. My husband ended up re-doing a lot of the work that we initially had to pay for only because it was substandard or incorrect. There was significant lack of communication, and mis-communication from the “project manager” (who ironically was the developers son). What should have been an exciting endeavor turned out to be a horrific experience. I would NEVER recommend Timber Ridge to anyone and I sincerely wish we had never signed with this builder. They call themselves “award-winning” which, in our opinion, they are a far cry from!

We Love Our Linwood Home We were extremely happy working with Linwood homes. Their team was beyond helpful in making our dream home come true. We ran into many different hurdles with county codes, setbacks and height restrictions. Amy Peri, in sales and all of Linwood’s team worked diligently to help overcome all obstacles that came our way. They even had to re-engineer our entire plans to reduce the height of the home to fit within the county codes. The quality of the materials is outstanding. We love our Linwood home and can’t say enough great things about it. We have received so many compliments on how beautiful it is. Linwood homes, was very supportive through the entire process from the first day we contacted them until we received our final occupancy signoff. They were always by our side.
