New Brewery To Stan I just want to share what a privilege it has been working with you with our house and now our new building for our brewery. Working with you and Linwood during a pandemic and all the other complications went smoothly for us. All products were shipped and arrived on time. We appreciated knowing the price of materials right up front. Our contractor was very impressed with the quality of the material supplied by Linwood. He really loved our roof material, and said it was Cadillac Style. The finished building is exactly what we were hoping for. Stan and his diligence kept all of us on track and nothing slipped by that would have delayed our project. Thank you Stan and Linwood for making our building project a success. Thank you. Quality (product and workmanship) Lynwood homes was quite thorough from start to finish. RIght from providing me with a projected budget to helping with permits and such. Quality of product and workmanship was excellent. Any problems that were encountered were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Good package/bad builder! Linwood package was excellent. Good design, very detailed plans, ample very good quality material supplied. Foundation contractor did a great job on very difficult terrain. Framing was not so great. Beams cut too short and off level, columns missing or missplaced, floor joist run wrong direction and more. .Ie contractor did not seem to understand post and beam construction or be able to read plans. Over all quality of workmanship was poor. Next time I'll buy the package from Linwood and find my own contractor to build.

STAY AWAY from this company! STAY AWAY from this company and any of their affiliated builders, especially Timber Ridge Homes (Calgary, Alberta) who is also owner/co-owner of Linwood Homes. While the prefab home from Linwood is of quality the whole building process by this developer was a nightmare! We were grossly underquoted in our initial contract (we ended up paying almost double what the estimate was) and numerous mistakes were made by some subcontractors who had no idea about the building codes in our area. My husband ended up re-doing a lot of the work that we initially had to pay for only because it was substandard or incorrect. There was significant lack of communication, and mis-communication from the “project manager” (who ironically was the developers son). What should have been an exciting endeavor turned out to be a horrific experience. I would NEVER recommend Timber Ridge to anyone and I sincerely wish we had never signed with this builder. They call themselves “award-winning” which, in our opinion, they are a far cry from!

Rebuilding my fire-destroyed cabin with a Linwood Ho It was necessary to demolish my cabin in B.C. that burned in 2016 because what remained was not up to code. I saw the display Linwood Home in Calgary and thought it looked and felt like my previous cabin. All that remained of my cabin was the foundation and Maya Zimmerman and made a trip out to the site to ensure it would accommodate a version of the display cabin in Calgary. All building supplies neccessary were sent to the site from Vancouver I am absolutely delighted with my new cabin and thank Linwood Homes for providing an excellent product. Great value for the cost.
