He is thorough and kept our project on track to include follow up with all parties involved in our build. Stan does not leave you after the initial design, purchase and ordering; he keeps in contact throughout the project and truly cares for your success as a homeowner. Stan has created a relationship for life and I would highly recommend not only a Linwood Home but also to work with Stan Powers.

The folks from Linwood were great to… The folks from Linwood were great to work with. They were knowledgeable, accommodating and responded quickly to our questions through all phases from purchase through construction. We would purchase from them again going forward. We do recommend, however, taking a very close look at what their base packages include then decide on any upgrades you want to have included. Do this prior to closing the deal. Upgrades can be pricy after the deal is signed. Michael

Disappointed I would like to start by saying while they have lovely designs they do not follow up, support or stand by promises. I have been dealing with them on a few issues, and while promised to correct still waiting for an email response. Further their suppliers ie JELDWEN windows and doors…..if you have issues apparently you need to open a “ticket” with your home supplier which is LINWOOD to get this corrected. How do you think that is working! Truthfully look at Viceroy or another prefab builder first! VERY ANNOYED and DISAPPOINTED thanks Craig McFarlane for your speedy response (sarcasm)!

Mcfarlane’s Folly My experience with Linwood didn’t suck!Although my Linwood advisor and I didn’t always see eye to eye I couldn’t be happier with the end result.. I built my home in the middle of nowhere so having everything delivered in one package worked out to be a big bonus.Linwood promised quality wood and that’s what they delivered.Now a days company’s make a lot of promises and rarely come through in the end but Linwood definitely played an important role in the success of my project.

Quality (product and workmanship) Lynwood homes was quite thorough from start to finish. RIght from providing me with a projected budget to helping with permits and such. Quality of product and workmanship was excellent. Any problems that were encountered were dealt with quickly and efficiently.
