Poor delivery counters good product and price Good front end experience and price. The product received was also good quality. Did not receive all of the ordered product even though the order and packing slip were correct. After reporting the issue, they are sending the rest of the order. However, they are not overnighting it so I will now have to wait several days which affects me, and my install guys. Certainly they have people verify the shipment against the packing slip and order.

There were a couple design details I hadn't completely thought out for my railing project, and he helped me revise my order to make it work. All items arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. I did, however, feel that the shipping cost was quite steep for the size of my order. (Nearly 25% on top of the total cost of the items.) Overall, though, I'm very satisfied.

Colonial Oak Balusters Ordered red oak balusters for a home reno. Lightning fast shipping of 60 balusters at the best pruce I found. The wood was beautiful with just a few in the shipment having small pockmarks/minor defects (well within the 5-10% I normally expect). Will definetly go to these folks again when I need stair parts.

Few choices for what I needed but this was a good one! I happened upon Stair Parts USA while searching for stainless stair rail components. I called Stair Parts and spoke with Rich who was cordial and seemingly understood what I was seeking. The reasonably priced, high quality Italian parts were ordered, shipped promptly and received within a week. Customer service at Stair Parts USA is excellent which will bring me back to them when I add more railing to this project.
