Wonderful customer service Wonderful customer service and great parts. I had a problem with an item after a month and they still made it right.

Please be aware if you order too much… Please be aware if you order too much or the wrong size, returning material is a joke! This company make's sure it not worth it to return anything. We placed a rather large order with this company that qualified for free shipping. When we started a return on some items, not only were we told we would have to pay return shipping (understandable), they also wanted to charge back the original shipping fees plus charge a 30% restocking fee. We returned only a few items as not to have to pay the original shipping back and are still waiting for our credit. This company is non responsive! I have called and emailed several times and am being totally ignored!

Unfortunately Unfortunately, I have to give a poor review for this company. I accidentally ordered a substantial amount of balusters in the wrong size. I understand that I would need to pay for return shipping, however, the 25% restocking fee on an order over $700 is too high ($175 + the shipping I still needed to pay). I know they have to be able to make money but I also need to feel confident should an unplanned error occur that I am not penalized. Other companies do not have this process and I could do business.

Poor delivery counters good product and price Good front end experience and price. The product received was also good quality. Did not receive all of the ordered product even though the order and packing slip were correct. After reporting the issue, they are sending the rest of the order. However, they are not overnighting it so I will now have to wait several days which affects me, and my install guys. Certainly they have people verify the shipment against the packing slip and order.

Great Customer Service I had questions about my order and Tom took the time to explain things to me and then ensured I was sent out the item that I was actually looking for. He also took the time to provide me with an update when the new order wasn't shipped out as quickly as anticipated.....due to the Hurricane! As soon as I determine which color will coordinate best with my home I will be placing my order and referring friends to your company as well. Thank you for very appreciated great customer service.
