Great product/Horrible Delivery service 🚚 The customer service at Stone Tile Depot was ok. However the shipping company used by Stone Tile Depot was terrible! The worst delivery service I have ever experienced. T-Force Delivery missed each delivery appointment for 5 days without a call or email to resolve or reschedule. They finally delivered a week after they first received my shipment in their warehouse, 5 days after the first scheduled appointment. Ridiculous customer service. Rude and unprofessional.

Exceeded my expectations! I had spent a lot of time researching 12 x 12 marble tiles for our bathroom. I was hesitant to purchase online but after receiving full 12x12 samples I was sold. I worked with Henry who was very helpful and patient with my many questions. The tile arrived within 2 wks. Each piece separated with tissue paper to protect the face. So impressed with quality and service. Will definitely be ordering from Stone Tile Depot for my next project.

Great service from Amy I needed to order an additional box of tile to ensure my project was going to be completed - original order close, but lots of cuts in herringbone pattern & i didn’t want to delay the project if I waited until the end to see if we would make it! The tile was in stock & delivered within a week which was amazing! Shipping fee was an issue but received great service from Amy who kept me in the loop & was able to resolve. Would highly recommend!
