Quality product and excellent service I purchased a honed marble herringbone tile for the kitchen backsplash. First, I was able to buy a full-size 12"x12" sheet sample which makes it easy to see what you're getting, as opposed to a 2" piece most companies offer. I was immediately able to make a decision, then purchased 37 sq ft of tile at a great price. The $99 flat shipping rate is a plus. I received the tile within a week. The delivery company contacted me quickly and they were super efficient. They unloaded it with a pallet jack and placed the pallent in my garage. The tile was well packed, I received 7 boxes with NO broken pieces. It has since been installed by my tile guy and it looks beaufitul, exactly as I envisioned. He said he thought it was quality tile. This purchase from Stone Tile Depot was a great experience from beginning to end. I would not hesitate to buy from them!

I received a bunch of tile from them… I received a bunch of tile from them that was all scratched so they offered to give me a refund. Normally I’d give five stars for that but I had to contact them about 5 times over a 3 week period to finally get the refund processed. I honestly thought it was a scam at first. But they finally did it and they did respond each time i contacted them. It just took a long time to get it done.

So far so good We appreciate the great tile selection and affordable prices. Shipping is costly, but that's expected. Haven't yet received the order so can't comment on quality or ease of delivery as yet.

My experience from beginning to end was a good one! I was very pleased with the selection of materials available at Stone Tile Depot and the customer service was outstanding. My emails were answered promptly, and they followed up with me to make sure I received information and samples as needed. Materials were shipped to me in a reasonable timeframe. I gave 5 stars for customer service I gave 5 stars because the customer service was great, especially Marium and Emily. They were very helpful and caring, so thank you. My tiles eventually arrived safely, after the freight company initially delivered my tiles at a tile and marble store for no clear reason. My other reservation is the shipping cost, which was disproportionately higher than any other tiles store. At any rate, tile selections, prices and ordering process were great
