Great service from Amy I needed to order an additional box of tile to ensure my project was going to be completed - original order close, but lots of cuts in herringbone pattern & i didn’t want to delay the project if I waited until the end to see if we would make it! The tile was in stock & delivered within a week which was amazing! Shipping fee was an issue but received great service from Amy who kept me in the loop & was able to resolve. Would highly recommend!

My 1st Review ever written - That's how bad!!! I never write reviews...just saying because I have no choice but to protect others from the nightmare it has been working with them. Customer service atrocious. Returned tile after not even taking receipt of it, asked for my money back, and offered me a percentage...what? BTW - still no resolve 4 months later.... Stay away AVOID!

The sample I ordered was received promptly in a very secure means and was just exactly like the product picture on the website. If you love stone tile, buy from the Stone Tile Depot If you really love stone tile, then this is the place for you to buy from! Quality of the stone and mosaic tile they sell is amazing. The samples are exactly like the pictures, in color and texture, and the samples are half price for full size tiles and are packaged very securely. If the shipping costs for the order is too high for you (remember this is stone) then they allow you to pick up from the distribution centers. Definitely will buy from them again.

What a great experience!!! What a great experience!!!! I was very hesitant to order such a large purchase from an online company but Emily was so kind. She quickly sent the samples I ordered and was very patient with me while I spent several emails questioning her process. I was SHOCKED that I paid for my order after the end of the business day in a Friday and the following Friday my palette of GORGEOUS Fallen Leaves Terrazzo arrived in PERFECT CONDITION! I highly recommend Stone Tile Depot and would absolutely order from them again. Great price, great product and outstanding customer service.
