As a result of her professionalism and the reasonable price for the product - we have ordered a sample and look forward to purchasing several square feet for our new home.

I asked for multiple samples I asked for multiple samples, because the making the decision was difficult. :) My rep never questioned and always sent me what I needed.

I was delivered the wrong items I was delivered the wrong items, some items never arrived. And my messages were never returned to fix the order. I would give negative points if I could.

Great service from Amy I needed to order an additional box of tile to ensure my project was going to be completed - original order close, but lots of cuts in herringbone pattern & i didn’t want to delay the project if I waited until the end to see if we would make it! The tile was in stock & delivered within a week which was amazing! Shipping fee was an issue but received great service from Amy who kept me in the loop & was able to resolve. Would highly recommend!

So far so good We appreciate the great tile selection and affordable prices. Shipping is costly, but that's expected. Haven't yet received the order so can't comment on quality or ease of delivery as yet.
