I received a bunch of tile from them… I received a bunch of tile from them that was all scratched so they offered to give me a refund. Normally I’d give five stars for that but I had to contact them about 5 times over a 3 week period to finally get the refund processed. I honestly thought it was a scam at first. But they finally did it and they did respond each time i contacted them. It just took a long time to get it done.

Quality product and excellent service I purchased a honed marble herringbone tile for the kitchen backsplash. First, I was able to buy a full-size 12"x12" sheet sample which makes it easy to see what you're getting, as opposed to a 2" piece most companies offer. I was immediately able to make a decision, then purchased 37 sq ft of tile at a great price. The $99 flat shipping rate is a plus. I received the tile within a week. The delivery company contacted me quickly and they were super efficient. They unloaded it with a pallet jack and placed the pallent in my garage. The tile was well packed, I received 7 boxes with NO broken pieces. It has since been installed by my tile guy and it looks beaufitul, exactly as I envisioned. He said he thought it was quality tile. This purchase from Stone Tile Depot was a great experience from beginning to end. I would not hesitate to buy from them!

Great product/Horrible Delivery service 🚚 The customer service at Stone Tile Depot was ok. However the shipping company used by Stone Tile Depot was terrible! The worst delivery service I have ever experienced. T-Force Delivery missed each delivery appointment for 5 days without a call or email to resolve or reschedule. They finally delivered a week after they first received my shipment in their warehouse, 5 days after the first scheduled appointment. Ridiculous customer service. Rude and unprofessional.
