As a result of her professionalism and the reasonable price for the product - we have ordered a sample and look forward to purchasing several square feet for our new home.

Quality product and excellent service I purchased a honed marble herringbone tile for the kitchen backsplash. First, I was able to buy a full-size 12"x12" sheet sample which makes it easy to see what you're getting, as opposed to a 2" piece most companies offer. I was immediately able to make a decision, then purchased 37 sq ft of tile at a great price. The $99 flat shipping rate is a plus. I received the tile within a week. The delivery company contacted me quickly and they were super efficient. They unloaded it with a pallet jack and placed the pallent in my garage. The tile was well packed, I received 7 boxes with NO broken pieces. It has since been installed by my tile guy and it looks beaufitul, exactly as I envisioned. He said he thought it was quality tile. This purchase from Stone Tile Depot was a great experience from beginning to end. I would not hesitate to buy from them!

My 1st Review ever written - That's how bad!!! I never write reviews...just saying because I have no choice but to protect others from the nightmare it has been working with them. Customer service atrocious. Returned tile after not even taking receipt of it, asked for my money back, and offered me a percentage...what? BTW - still no resolve 4 months later.... Stay away AVOID!

Awesome selection of tile, shipping was tricky Awesome selection of tile, easy to navigate and order on website. Tracking shipping was challenging. At one point my tile looked like it was in Oklahoma (I'm in California) and then an hour later it was delivered. Would be great to have more accurate shipping times and dates since it's palettes of tile being delivered.
