GBGreat product/Horrible Delivery service đźšš The customer service at Stone Tile Depot was ok. However the shipping company used by Stone Tile Depot was terrible! The worst delivery service I have ever experienced. T-Force Delivery missed each delivery appointment for 5 days without a call or email to resolve or reschedule. They finally delivered a week after they first received my shipment in their warehouse, 5 days after the first scheduled appointment. Ridiculous customer service. Rude and unprofessional.

GBGreat service from Amy I needed to order an additional box of tile to ensure my project was going to be completed - original order close, but lots of cuts in herringbone pattern & i didn’t want to delay the project if I waited until the end to see if we would make it! The tile was in stock & delivered within a week which was amazing! Shipping fee was an issue but received great service from Amy who kept me in the loop & was able to resolve. Would highly recommend!

GBI received a bunch of tile from them… I received a bunch of tile from them that was all scratched so they offered to give me a refund. Normally I’d give five stars for that but I had to contact them about 5 times over a 3 week period to finally get the refund processed. I honestly thought it was a scam at first. But they finally did it and they did respond each time i contacted them. It just took a long time to get it done.

GBAwesome selection of tile, shipping was tricky Awesome selection of tile, easy to navigate and order on website. Tracking shipping was challenging. At one point my tile looked like it was in Oklahoma (I'm in California) and then an hour later it was delivered. Would be great to have more accurate shipping times and dates since it's palettes of tile being delivered.
