GBBeautiful Shoji Doors! From a practical standpoint, the shoji doors from Cherry Tree Design create a nice partition between rooms. The thing that makes these special is the beautiful craftsmanship. They are gorgeous! Everyone who comes to our home notices them and asks about them. It is clear that the folks at Cherry Tree Design take pride in their work. From the first contact, to the packaging and final delivery, it was clear that they truly care about creating a fine product and an excellent customer experience.

GBmaple shoji barn/closet door We have ordered doors from Cherry Tree before and have been very satisfied and this one did not disappoint. 6 foot maple shoji and glass barn door with an extended header for the closet wall in our office. It is beautiful, solidly constructed and according to my contractor, was not at all hard to install. All parts were intact. Took him a couple of hours max. Beverly is very helpful during the ordering process to make sure measurements and materials are what you need. Thank you Cherry Tree.

GBExcellent Design and Value The staff at Cherry Tree Design was very patient with all of my questions and helping me compare multiple designs before making a final decision. The doors arrived safely and are beautiful as an opening to a new walk-in closet. My only suggestion would be to provide larger samples of the screen material (even if it means charging a small fee). The current sample sizes are too small.

GBGreat product and service at reasonable price. I spent a lot of time online researching large sliding door systems, and found my ideal solution at Cherry Tree Design. The doors are beautiful. Every aspect of functionality has been thought through. Bev at customer service was extremely helpful in designing my system. The price was extremely reasonable relative to all the other high quality door systems that can cost 2..3..even 4 times as much. 5 stars all around!

GBOverall a well designed and packaged product. However, there are a few recommendations. Assembly went smoothly except kick panel was .06 inches too high but I could fortunately trim the excess since it was a concealed cut. More thought needs to be put into the valance end caps. Only one mitered end was provided on our custom order. I am to miter the other end plus the two end caps. For anyone except a very well-equipped finish carpenter the average DIY'er will find it impossible to miter the extremely hard, tight grained bamboo without special tools. I didn't do a great job joining the mitered corners and it ruins the effect of the rest of the precision product. No end caps for the extruded aluminum rail are provide so an adhesive has to be applied by the user. I suggest that Cherry Tree Design provide pre-mitered end caps, miters at both ends of the facia piece and leave only one simple square cut for the installer.
