Three panel shoji. Cherry Tree's packaging and dimensions are excellent. This is my second order and the previous one has lasted many years with no issues. One oddity is that when closing the three panel, the middle screen must be moved independently rather than just having the middle screen be pulled by the outer screen. There are nice stops in the bottom guide so that no adjustment needs to be made when closing.

Extremely pleased with our room dividers Bev is friendly, knowledgeable & responsive. She patiently answered all my questions and guided me through numerous options & ideas. After panels were finished, they were professionally packed in a custom crate and arrived in Honolulu, Hawaii safe and sound. The panels themselves are beautiful! They artistically separate our living room from office/study area, and most common comment when people see them is "Wow!". I found doing business with Cherry Tree Design a pleasure, every step along the way.

Very well made shoji doors Very well made shoji doors. The plywood kick panels could be a better stain match to the solid cherry elsewhere, but overall very attractive and well constructed. Customer service was very good. Crating for shipment was excellent, which is a good thing. FedEx Freight was a nightmare to deal with, lost (then found) one of the two packages, and obviously treated them very roughly.

Cherry Tree provided great design help … Cherry Tree provided great design help and I carefully reviewed all measurements before signing off on the order, but one of the door tracks was shipped with the wrong width. Fortunately, it was too long and the installer had experience and the right tools to cut it properly. One other recommendation I would make is to stain all sides of pieces that could be installed with either side visible to the room, such as a narrow groove bottom track. The product looks great and creates the effect we wanted.

Beautiful Product, Fantastic Customer Service Yes, there are cheaper alternatives out there. However, I sadly learned from experience that "cheaper" means poor quality and terrible customer service. At Cherry Tree Design, quality of the product speaks for itself, but I can't say enough good things about the service and support I received... from my first contact, through several design consultations, and the total ordering process. These folks know how to do it right and treat customers right.
