Beautiful Product, Fantastic Customer Service Yes, there are cheaper alternatives out there. However, I sadly learned from experience that "cheaper" means poor quality and terrible customer service. At Cherry Tree Design, quality of the product speaks for itself, but I can't say enough good things about the service and support I received... from my first contact, through several design consultations, and the total ordering process. These folks know how to do it right and treat customers right.

Beautiful Shoji Doors! From a practical standpoint, the shoji doors from Cherry Tree Design create a nice partition between rooms. The thing that makes these special is the beautiful craftsmanship. They are gorgeous! Everyone who comes to our home notices them and asks about them. It is clear that the folks at Cherry Tree Design take pride in their work. From the first contact, to the packaging and final delivery, it was clear that they truly care about creating a fine product and an excellent customer experience.

We absolutely love the doors but almost did not get them because of the mishandling of our quotes by Bev. Everything about the doors is wonderful. We learned how to fix the waviness of the paper and that worked fine after delivery -- no problem. The quality is really great. We have gotten many compliments on them. The only problem we had in the whole process is that Bev sent us completely inaccurate quotes so poorly prepared that it did not even have the correct product named on the face of it, let alone the correct price and components. Thankfully, Tor stepped in and we were able to complete the transaction. Bev did not even know how to correctly use the software that prepares the quotes. That portion of the business needs to be changed.
