We absolutely love the doors but almost did not get them because of the mishandling of our quotes by Bev. Everything about the doors is wonderful. We learned how to fix the waviness of the paper and that worked fine after delivery -- no problem. The quality is really great. We have gotten many compliments on them. The only problem we had in the whole process is that Bev sent us completely inaccurate quotes so poorly prepared that it did not even have the correct product named on the face of it, let alone the correct price and components. Thankfully, Tor stepped in and we were able to complete the transaction. Bev did not even know how to correctly use the software that prepares the quotes. That portion of the business needs to be changed.

Great Customer Service -Product Needed A Little More Attention The process of placing the order was extremely professional and Bev was excellent to work with. We had issues, however, with door jambs arriving without stops, shoji doors arriving with "B" sides of the wood not matching the rest of the doors. We also experienced some damage during shipping, but I only hold Cherry Tree Design responsible for 10% of this.

A wonderful and practical concept with outstanding communications throughout the process. We ordered two products from this company. The TV surround does a great job of hiding the big TV when not in use, yet very attractive looking. Goes well with our decor and furnishings. The second product was the sliding door used to close off the wall-in closet in our master bedroom. Again, creative, elegant and innovative in design. Extremely pleased with the quality of work and the care taken when time to ship to us.

maple shoji barn/closet door We have ordered doors from Cherry Tree before and have been very satisfied and this one did not disappoint. 6 foot maple shoji and glass barn door with an extended header for the closet wall in our office. It is beautiful, solidly constructed and according to my contractor, was not at all hard to install. All parts were intact. Took him a couple of hours max. Beverly is very helpful during the ordering process to make sure measurements and materials are what you need. Thank you Cherry Tree.

Wonderful Product We placed an order for our doors in January. They were shipped in the time frame as promised. They arrived in a crate with a sensor that indicated the package suffered some shock by the freight company but because the crate was so sturdily built, there was no damage to the doors. They are beautiful. We couldn't be happier. Bev, our contact person at Cherry Tree Design, was extremely helpful and made suggestions to customize the design to fit our specific location.
