The order for 6 ring pulls was divided … The order for 6 ring pulls was divided in two shipments weeks apart. When the second shipment arrived it contained the wrong items in the wrong finish. These are now holding up a very stressful kitchen project. You need to work on your supply chain!

Antique table repair Nearly perfect replacement for antique drop leaf table steel hinge. One of four hinges had been replaced with a smaller hinge. While shorter table side of hinge matched screw hole pattern of original, leaf side did not. Wonder if Horton Brasses has considered offering a blank hinge so purists can drill holes to match preexisting screw holes?

excellent experience I called the office to place an order at 4:58pm. They took my order very quickly. When I emailed later that night to inquire about expedited shipping I received an immediate response and follow up in the morning as promised. They expedited my shipping so I would have the hardware to meet my contractor's schedule. The pulls themselves are just beautiful.

Parts The part was an oval shaped brass knob, not found in your local big box store. Order the part online Monday, part was to be delivered by following Tuesday. Very surprised when it should up on Friday in the very same week of the order. I was able to complete the project sooner than expected, making the customer very happy. Thanks for another great experience.

Excellent, advise, guidance and support I have been looking for a "post"for the pull on a antique European sideboard. While we have not yet been able to locate one, I have received excellent and highly knowledgeable guidance with exceptional courtesy and politeness. Even if I don't get the "post" - it has been a pleasure to deal with Horton Brasses. If you need anything please contact Addy there.
