Excellent Product The product is very well made and as expected. I would like to have a few more installation suggestions included to attach the pull ordered to an existing backplate. I am happy with the great quality of the product.

The lead times are always quick and we recently purchased a huge quantity of knobs for a commercial job and they all came quickly and packaged extremely well. The few that we had problems with they replaced no problem. Will definitely continue using them as much as possible.
