PLReally great support and customer service Purchased portable engraving pen. Product was defective as some of LEDs where missing on PCB. After explaining the issue I was given second item which had exactly same flaw. In overall I received third item, which was a bit better model, still having imperfections, yet in price of one I have now three. Never had such experience with customer support. Mostly it would be replacing item or send for repairs.

GBI purchased (2) engraving pens for… I purchased (2) engraving pens for crafting and misc. then we noticed that one of the two devices would not power on. So after more than the 60 days past the purchase date had passed but Culiau rep notified me that they would replace the device free of charge. Customer service is something the public deals with daily throughout their lives and this is one of the top experiences i have ever had. I am and will be a customer for life.... Thanks again, JG

GBOUTSTANDING! My experience with Carla was incredible! Not only did she find out My Customizer was one of a bad batch she replaced it even though it was out of warranty she kept in touch through the whole process . I wish I had more employees like hee. IEArrived promptly and with all the… Arrived promptly and with all the extras I had ordered BUT I charged it up TO FULL and worked with it testing out different surfaces Plastic, paper, rubber for about 10 mins total, then the battery ran out. If the pen cannot hold a charge for more than 10 minutes of very light use then its no use to me. I have to say I'm very disappointed.

GBUtterly unresponsive Utterly unresponsive. I sent a message to customer services with a very straightforward question. Other than a toe curling cheerful auto response the silence has been deafening. My follow-up chaser has also been ignored. Don't rely on a response from this company if you do have a problem with the product. You could be waiting a very long time. Against my better judgement I have ordered - I just hope the product works as I don't think I'd have much chance of any help from them if it doesn't.
