Customizer Professional Engraving Pen I received my orders including Customizer Professional Engraving Pen with 30 Bits Free and 5pieces Mini Saw on 29 June with the packaging intact! Suggest for the saw bits(packaged in a small ziplock bag) could be taped to the box in case we throw them away by mistake😐 I'm a little confused.. the manual and the actual engraving pen are different. It's not Full Copper Chuck as shown in the manual, there's no Allen Grub Screw, Hex Key, or Extra Allen Grub Screw🤔 Changing to a mini saw will definitely pose a safety issue as the mini saw will go flying!! Please advise..

Awesome experience I received my items in a timely manner. Upon arrival everything was packaged well and extremely presentable. I've never done any kind of wood burning or engraving however as a crafty person I was interested in trying. Within the first 15 minutes I realized how easy it was to use, the ability to switch out different parts with no issues and the joy that comes with the experience

I am beyond measure satisfied with the… I am beyond measure satisfied with the treatment I received from Carla, when I first ordered my Engraver I was not able to begin using it right away, finally my schedule settled down and I had time to return to the stuff I love to do "create art" I opened my Engraver and it didn't turn on😕, so I charged it overnight and still nothing. I then followed the instructions on how to contact and connected with Carla😁she is so professional and kind that I am now holding my "New Replacement"🤩I truly am sharing my experience with friends and family. Ive been using the customizer for wax… Ive been using the customizer for wax carving and it works great for small details and for carving in places where I cant plug in a dremel or flexshaft. I would definitely recommend using if you are getting started in carving. My only complaint is I wish it had a little bit more torque for doing deeper cuts a little faster, but other then that it works fantastic.

Great customer service. Today I received my replacement engraving tool in the Netherlands. I very much appreciate Clara following through on her promise to send me a new engraver, after the first replacement tool got lost in the delivery process.
