GBNever received my order I ordered 2 complete sets on Dec 4 as Xmas gifts for two family members. It’s now the 28th and there’s still no sign of them… Even if the problem is with the local post office, the firm should have been aware of that possibility (since the USPS has been very publicly struggling for at least 2 years).

IEArrived promptly and with all the… Arrived promptly and with all the extras I had ordered BUT I charged it up TO FULL and worked with it testing out different surfaces Plastic, paper, rubber for about 10 mins total, then the battery ran out. If the pen cannot hold a charge for more than 10 minutes of very light use then its no use to me. I have to say I'm very disappointed.

Not only did she find out My Customizer was one of a bad batch she replaced it even though it was out of warranty she kept in touch through the whole process . I wish I had more employees like hee. NLGreat customer service. Today I received my replacement engraving tool in the Netherlands. I very much appreciate Clara following through on her promise to send me a new engraver, after the first replacement tool got lost in the delivery process.

GBI had an issue with my Customizer… I had an issue with my Customizer engraving pen. Reached out to customer support and even though I was outside of my warranty I was promptly issued a replacement. Great company, great customer service! Thank you Culiau!
